Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the symposium, you may send a substitute.His/her name and address must be neatly printed on your confirmation letterand presented at the registration table.

A handling fee of $50 is deducted for cancellation. Refund request must bemade in writing no later than February 15, 1997. No refund will be madethereafter.

Information regarding hotel accommodations will be sent with yourconfirmation of enrollment. A limited number of rooms are being held at thereduced rate of $165/night. Physicians
THREE RIPLEY STREET designates this continuing medicaleducation activity for 12 hours in Category 1 of the Physician'sRecognition Award of the American Medical Association. THREE RIPLEY STREETis accredited by the Massachusetts Medical Society to sponsor continuingmedical education for physicians.

Psychologists
THREE RIPLEY STREET is approved by the AmericanPsychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists.This program meets criteria for 12 credit hours. THREE RIPLEY STREETmaintains responsibility for the program.

Social Workers
Application for continuing education credits will be madeto the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.

Certified Counselors
Massachusetts Mental Health Center is an approvedprovider for continuing education credits by the National Board ofCertified Counselors. This program meets the crietria for 12 credit hours.
