Recent evidence indicates that mother-infant emotional interactions influence the organization of the infant's developing brain.

"Clinical Interventions for Attachment Disordered Children"
Video vignettes from a research study will highlight reunion episodes in the attachment paradigm of 18 month olds with tapings of the same children at 4 months and 5 years of age. Therapy for child-parent dyads with attachment disorders will be described.

Sliding Scale $50-$100 (please call or write BIDIP office for more information)


Continuing Education Credits

Minimum partial credits awarded: 3 hours. Only registrants attending the entire conference are eligible for full credit. $5 certificate charge.
Physicians (6 CME hours): applied for.
Psychologists (6 Hours): BIDIP is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer Cat. 1 continuing education. The APA-approved sponsor maintains responsibility for the program.
Social Workers: Approved for 6 Category 1 Continuing Education Hours for relicensure in accordance with 258CMR. No credits awarded for less than 80% of sessions.
Nurses: 7.2 Contact Hours. BIDIP Program meets the specifications of the board of Registration in Nursing (244 CMR).
Educators and EI: PDP and OFC certificate (awarded free).
