The Boston Institute for the Development of Infants and Parents is a
non-profit multidisciplinary, professional organization established in
1973 to study the dynamic interaction of the psychological, biological,
social, and cognitive systems of the infant and those within the
infant-parent relationship. BIDIP is affiliated with the Eliot-Pearson
Department of Child Development, Tufts University, The Massachusetts
School of Professional Psychology, The New England Council for Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Human Relations Service.
